DMF's service department maintains a list of service
centers that have become familiar with our product.
This list enables our service department to recommend a
repair facility to a customer when they are in need. If
you would like to be on this list, contact our Service
Coordinator to schedule a class. All classes are
conducted at our facility in Atlanta, Georgia. We offer
two types of classes for servicing and installing DMF
equipment:
SERVICE SCHOOL
The Service School deals with FRA requirements along
with maintenance, troubleshooting, and adjustments of
DMF Products. Upon successful completion, participants
will receive a DMF Certification for Service.
INSTALL SCHOOL
The Installation School covers installation of rail
gear, hydraulic requirements, electrical requirements,
weight settings, alignment and troubleshooting. By
attending the school, installation times may be reduced.
Upon successful completion, participants will receive a
DMF Certification for Installation.
